I can just exclude bimaculata. There is a third species (if it is not a dark form of meditabunda) called alpina. According to Gregor et. al. it would be rather that species (darker scutum and scutellum, wing rather brownish than yellow at base). Unfortunately, we can't see whether it has medial discal on tergites 3 & 4.
Personnaly, I wouldn't risk to confirm any male of Myospila (except bimaculata maybe) from a picture.
