Hello,

possibly same species as this one? But it was considerably bigger (ca. 5 mm). On banana bait in garden (northwest Germany).

Again Lasiomma species (male)
I repeat myself to say it could be L. seminitidum, just because this species seems to be very common.
There are of course other Lasiomma species, but looking at the long setae on the hindfemur, I think L. seminitidum makes a good change :)
