Dear Karol

You are totally right.The eyes are hairy. Moreover, I just noted the record is from August, which excludes Blepharipa and, by the way, Phorocera. Please forget about PHorocera, it is twice as elongated as this guy (have a look a the gallery).

So, it is a species I did never find myself, it is more eastern: Nemoraea pellucida, a male.
