Hi,

is this an Opomyzid? I guess it won't be possible to say anything more with only this picture, right?

It has the look of Dryomyzidae, or possably Sciomyzidae.

Neuroctena anilis (current name). Opomyzidae are much smaller, about half the length or even more.

difficult one I would be inclided to Dryomyza anilis if one follows Mathis & Sueyoshi 2011, else Neuroctena anilis . not an easy one
