Yes, I can see that there are hairs preent on the costa (beneath costal "spines"). It is more difficult to see hairs on the eyes, but there seems to be short and sparse hairs on the eyes. If you didn´t tell me I wouldn´t have noticed them. If it helps I can add more detailed pictures in hindtibia (and other parts).
