I can not find other species with similar antennas, Some help ?

Looks like Siphonini. Several species of Siphonini from Australia and the southwestern Pacific region have modified antennae. I do not know which genera they are placed in now.

Yes, it is. It is either Peribaea or Ceromyia. The habitus is totally NOT Peribaea, but than again, everything is weird between the antipods. So, I would need a close-up of the thorax (esp. anterior part, if possible slightly from below) to be sure.

Not sure about your source, but fergusoni is cuurently in Ceromyia (www.diptera.org)

OK, in 1930 all Actiini other than Siphona were ' Actia' .
