Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Halstenbek near Hamburg, at an uncultivated earthwork along a street, Outsidefoto: kuv, 27th of May 2014. Comparing with photographs of diptera gallery I think it could be Tetanocera sp. Right and/or more ID possible? Please help.
