Hello,
these pictures are from April 26 in our garden in Hannover.
I think it could be Megaselia scalaris. Is an id possible?

I cannot say definitely it is not, but most of the
scalaris I have seen are paler.

It was a shady part of the garden with poor light.
As an amateur I don't hesitate to take it for scalaris, do I?
