Is it possible to tell to which genus and perhaps spieces this male belongs?
Photos from 14 July 2014 Nattsjön 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

I'd agree that it is
Ochlerotatus, but I'm not sure we can tell the species from this photo - possibly
O. punctor
