I photographed this fly in tropical forest along the Suriname River in Brokopondo district, Suriname. The date was 21 June 2014. Is it a Rhagionid?

I just checked again, but this is the only photo I got. Too bad it doesn't show the feathery back legs! Thank-you John and Theo!
