Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Drosophila (male), Suffolk for ID please

I thought this one might be D subobscura but not sure.
It was near some rotting Honey Fungus (Armillaria) in the park.
I couldn't get a good view of the genitals without risking damage to the specimen.
Are these photos sufficient to get the species?

You are probably right, but the specimen is teneral and thus I cannot be entirely certain.
