Is it possible to tell which genus this 10 mm fly belongs?
Photos from 20 September 2014 Norasundet 62 N, E 17 Ã…ngermanland, Sweden.
Thanks for your help in advance

It looks to be Orthocladiinae, of which there are several genera with bifid gonocoxites, but I can't place this one with the literature I have available.

As far as I can tell no genus of Orthocladiinae in Sweden has the combination:
Gonostylus with long, thin forks of the
Brillia type.
Eyes with short, wedge-shaped dorsomedial extension (long in most genera with similar gonostylus).
R-m short, at about 45 degree angle to wing axis.
No long volsellae as in
Diplocladius, only a small lobe.
Distinct anal point.
