It has 4 post dc, and it doesn't look any
Egle, so not Anthomyiidae.
It is probably a female
Hydrotaea (I can't see any pd on t3, are they broken or absent - some species haven't any pd on t3, like
Hydrotaea floccosa). I have just little doubt with
Potamia littoralis : the genae seem as high as postpedicel, if they were higher or if the arista were short plumose, it would turn to be this genus/species.
