Cacoxenus indagator has whitish halters and this specimen has black ones. Moreover, there are several strong vibirssa like setae (not in
Cacoxenus) and only two strong orbital setae are visble (rather than three as in Drosophilidae). I received the specomen and it is very likely a female of
Milichia pubescens.
