Most likely Ornothomyia chloropus. ID based on the pattern of microtrichia on the wing. However, O. fringillina can have the same pattern. To be certain, check whether there is a dark marking on the ventral part of the gena. If so, then chloropus is confirmed, otherwise it is fringillina.
