I don't have any concrete information on the distribution. Maybe it has simply been overlooked. It does not occur in the Netherlands and I would be surprised to see it from Belgium. Therefore, the record by Juergen from the Teutenburgerwald only 150 km. from the dutch border was a big surprise to me.
If I remember correctly, you mentioned that latipennis has been common in Czech Republic only for the last ten years ?
