another tephritidae I found in Bavaria, Germany in mid july..is it possible to ID?

Thanks Ben for your Id's...the three looked kind of similar, so I already expected something like that...but the difference from Tephritidae 1 en 2(this one) is this blue tail-piece ( don't know the good word for it) .One has it, the other does not. can you say something about that? is the difference concerning male/female ?

The "blue tail-piece" makes it a female. It's the oviscape, the basal part of the ovipositor.
