Does anyone care to comment about the ID of this small empidid (7-8 mm) found in Lauterbrunnen, Berner Oberland, Switzerland on July 30 ?

i am absolutely no expert...but could that be Anisopodidae..Sylvicola instead?
...I've been there once, with similar species :)
