The Nearctic key to genera does not use the wing, but notes that
Rhagio has two apical spurs on the hind tibia and
Chrysopilus only one.
Although the imported
R. tringarius has the cell broadly open, some of our native species of
Rhagio have the cell closed at or near wing margin.
