Given the black basicosta and altitude, this should be
Onychogonia, probably
flaviceps.

Hi Thomas
Given time of year and altitude, must be a Pseudogonia. Three very similar species.

Hi Theo,
My understanding is that-
Onychogonia is more alpine than
Pseudogonia and that both are flying in July/August.
Onychogonia has the yellow waxy frons of
Gonia whereas
Pseudogonia has a dark frons.
So this would be
Onychogonia.
