Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tephritidae

I foun this at http://1881.to/Dh... in a dry field with Centaurea close to the shore in South-East Norway, Hvasser near Tønsberg 2014-07-10. From the pictured wings and the subcostal vein curving forward at a right angle, my guess is Tephritidae. But it is difficult for me to come any closer, as I have no key and I do not know of any online. First the male:
