At first, ..thank you for putting so much effort into it, with all your photos!
Unfortunally some details are still not sharp or visible and to ID female Anthomyiidae is always very tricky and difficult, but.....the av seta on t2, seems to be a second ad seta and the rows of ad setae on t3 are successive long and short, in combination with a black shining proboscis, this could be an Alliopsis species.
I think I can't go further on species level, because, than I need very sharp photos, for the small characteristics.
