Hi

Hope to get some help to ID this fly. Size approx. 5 mm. It was seen in Rønne, Bornholm, Denmark, 15/04/2014.

Now I doubt myself, because it seems to have an av seta on the midtibia, what should rule out Lasiomma....
Is it possible to make a crop of the midtibia or do you have other photos from this fly ..?

A bit confusing fly, because it seems to have indeed an av seta on one of the midtibia, but it has also 2 av on t3 and the proboscis seems to be black shining on this last photo......with these characters nothing fits till now.

At first, ..thank you for putting so much effort into it, with all your photos!
Unfortunally some details are still not sharp or visible and to ID female Anthomyiidae is always very tricky and difficult, but.....the av seta on t2, seems to be a second ad seta and the rows of ad setae on t3 are successive long and short, in combination with a black shining proboscis, this could be an Alliopsis species.
I think I can't go further on species level, because, than I need very sharp photos, for the small characteristics.

Thanks a lot for your great effort to solve this fly. I know the Anthomyiidae is very difficult to determine from photos - so I hoped -as you can tell from my headline - it was a Muscidae.

So I'm very gratefull for your work :)
