I'd try
Mimegralla, I'm not familiar with this genus but I'd say
Mimegralla albimana (occurs in South Asia) was close.

Yes Sumner, it is indeed
Mimegralla, belonging to
albimana-complex, or it is something near
Mimegralla albitarsis, due all tarsi being white.
