Is it possible to identify this fly? Seen near Apeldoorn, province of Gelderland on 13 April this year.

It is very elongated for a Tachinid, in this respect it looks like a Sarcaphagidae.
Genitalia are very large, both male and female

obscura has the scutellum dark.
partly reddish scutellum and larger is Ph asiimilis (or grandis)
