Phorbia moliniaris. It's nice to see a pinned specimen with the genitalia exposed.Check that there are 2 ventral apical setae on hind tibia, I think I can see them. As it's nameimplies the larvae feed in the grass stems of Molinia. The females have laterally compressed cerci (sabre-like) so that it can deposit eggs in the stem.
