Hi,

Those are Prionolabis, female and male.
Only hospes is recorded from Spain, but it isn't this specie.
I would be really really glad to have some specimens in alcohol :)

It is probably a specie to be soon named and publish, but male genitalia should be checked.

The author (Geoff Hancock) would also be interest in some specimens to use as paratype :D

Wow, thank you! ;), I did not know where to start, it seems very interesting ... But not collect specimens, only take pictures, sorry, maybe I see them again if I return to the area...

Dear Belen, Clovis and I were able to identify this and I am writing the article in a scientific journal which will include it as a new species. I would like to use one or two of your great photographs of the living fly. Can you give me permission to do so and any preferred credit line, please? It is nearly ready to go off to the editor, many thanks and best wishes
