Oké...I am not Stephen, but looking at this one for some time, I still have doubt what it could be.
Botanophila of Delia
The long pv + av on the hindtibia and strong av on the midtibia makes it not easy.
Maybe Stephen can give his opinion.....

I'm not sure about the face, the rest looks like Paradelia intersecta.

Paradelia has only 2 pd and 1 av on the hindtibia
This one has 3 pd and 2 av....:)
