This is an odd one. As far as I know, with prst acr., it can only be Helina impuncta or Helina quadrata (rarely in H. lasiophthalma one can find 1-2 elongated prst acr.).
With 1+2 ks and bare eyes, I can't see anything exept H. impuncta.
