Yes, it is Trichocera, but that's all that could be acquired from the photo :)

No. I dont think it is Trichocera, but something from Limoniidae.

Hmm... Dhalma is right, - I have now looked at the enlarged picture and can't find the D-cell, so then it has to be Limoniidae.
