In that case Subfamily Agromyzinae, Ophiomyia is a possible genus?

Kahis tells "This is a very difficult genus, probably with many undescribed species'', so i quess it stops on genuslevel - if this is the right genus anyway??:)

This is Agromyza sp., halter is white, 1 + 3 dorsocentral setae, prescutellar setae present.
Ophiomyia sp. = halter is dark, brown or black, 0 + 2 (rare 0 + 3) dorsocentral setae, prescutellar setae absent.
