Hi!
Last week on Heracleum near forest (northwest Germany), about 7 mm. I think,
Bellardia again (?).

This fly is so pretty, I give it one more try... I guess it is not a Muscid (
Dasyphora)?

My guess is female
Protocalliphora azurea.
