Phaonia, I think. Near Ph. czernyi or halterata, I think.

Sorry Pentti I didn't see your additional picture. I'd say P. halterata too (or P. atriceps ?). I'd rule out P. czernyi wich have yellow halters.

I agree with Stephane that P. atriceps is a good possibility too, may be the best one.
