Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld bei Hamburg, earthwall between street and field of a tree nursery (overgrown with big oaks and small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, brambles), at a leaf of nettle; Outsidephoto (only this): kuv, 29th of June 2016. My guess would be Geomyza martineki (male). If you collected the specimen, you should check the genitalia.
