Photographed in Chongwe Distr, Lusaka, Zambia. Roosting on what I think is an Agastache, under a large Brachystegia, in semi-cultivated garden. August 26, 2016. Looks too much like http://www.dipter...pid=190066 to ignore; Atriadops vespertilio seems to be most regionally appropriate member of genus, but A. cinnamonea is also recorded in a neighbouring, climatically similar country. Am I barking up the wrong tree? Will van Niekerk attached the following image: [158.11Kb] Edited by Will van Niekerk on 28-08-2016 19:26 |
