An image search pointed me to the following site for Graphomya maculata

Too bad I don't know french.

The same species was found in Hongkong too but difficult for me to compare from the lateral view.

It is not as easy. On the Franch photo G. maculata, on the photo from Hongkong - G. rufitibia. On the photo from Guangdong - most probably G. rufitibia too.
