Hi, it resembles Eustalomyia hilaris, but I am probably wrong Smile

Anthomyia species female
From the side there is a similarity with E. hilaris, but E. hilaris is a much larger fly, the legs are more greyish, the parafacial on front much wider, the arista is relative long haired and the black spots are in a different position.
