Tiny metallic fly from Singapore is Ephydridae.

 Size is about 3-5mm. It has distinctive white patches on its forelegs and would wave its legs out in front like some micropezid flies do. The metallic shine is quite pretty.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
