With only one shot it is always difficult to say something for sure.
From what I can see, it looks like Hydrophoria, but in previous threads with the same looking flies I had some doubt about Hydrophoria, so try next time to photograph them from all possible sides....

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
