A number of medium size (10-12mm?) flies on grapefruit (on trees and ground) in citrus orchard; Lusaka East

(A large number of them present, so almost certainly two different flies; hopefully I haven't managed to merge two species here.

Looks more a Dacus, however, I hardly can tell if the tergites are fused indeed.
