Hello,

A Fly found yesterday on the beach, under "dead Algae ball", in North of France, Zuydcoote
I have no idea for the family, maybe a Hybotidae, Empididae or maybe a Dolichopodidae ?
I didn't found anything about it

Greetings,

Thomas

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol
