in gallery it is similar to Sepsis fulgens, could you agree?
about 5 mm

I think Sepsis sp. is the best you can hope for with this one. To have a chance with most sepsid photographs you need to be able to see the sides of the thorax and the fore legs of the male.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
