a 4.5 mm fly from end of November in our garden (northwest Germany). Emmesomyia?

Yes Juergen, did looks indeed like Emmesomyia.
But on photos we can't see the differents between female E. socia and E. grisea, so .....Emmesomyia socia/grisea female
