ID on 2 spotted winged flies

Dear all,

I would be grateful if someone could help me on the identification of the following diptera. Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures but maybe the wing pattern is sufficient for identification.

Picturea are not high quality but probably:
upper picture: Odiniidae
lower one: Platystomatidae. Andrzej

In Belgium the Platystomatidae should be Platystoma seminationis.

The second looks more like Callopistromyia annulipes to me.
