I'd try Mimegralla, I'm not familiar with this genus but I'd say Mimegralla albimana (occurs in South Asia) was close.

Yes Sumner, it is indeed Mimegralla, belonging to albimana-complex, or it is something near Mimegralla albitarsis, due all tarsi being white.

Subjects: Taxonomy, Systematics, Biodiversity.
Area: Neotropical Region, Caatinga.
Families: Ctenostylidae, Cypselosomatidae, Helosciomyzidae, Micropezidae, Muscidae, Neriidae, Pseudopomyzidae, Syringogastridae, Somatiidae.
