Hi, again

And here I'm uploading the male Tephritidae I told you in my previous thread, found in the same thistle than the female I told you about. The thread is this:

July the 29th, in the mountains of N Spain at about 1100 mm, on likely Cirsium eriophorum.

¿Are they the same species or not?
