Psychodidae's palps ?

Hi,

Taking a picture of a Psychodidae (Clogmia albipunctatus ?) through a glass, I was surprised to discover long palps bented below thorax.
Have all Psychodidae such palps ?

Palp length varies a lot within Psychodidae, but long palps like these are certainly not unusual.

You confirm Clogmia albipunctatus ?
