Another image maybe helps:![]() I'm very interested in the ID. Size was extremely tiny for a tachinid, like a Plesina phalerata. |

Looks like a Besseria but I didn't know they could be so small so maybe it is something else

This fly has no complete M vein. The M vein does NOT reach the vein neither the wing margin. It is INcomplete. I only know Besseria with complete M vein. Is there any Besseria with incomplete M vein?
