Legs black except for apex of all humeri (yellow) and basal 30% of tibiae 1-2. Metatarsus 3 rather swollen (more so than tibia 3)
Wing ‘typical’, eyes bare; frons and face completely dusted except for shining black horseshoe mark above antennae and facial knob
Nr Gainsborough Lincolnshire 12/6/12 in flower-rich grassland, several seen.
