Buckinghamshire, England. 17th June 2012.

Size: ~2.5mm

I initially thought this was a wasp but can only make out one pair of wings. Help with identification appreciated:

Not Diptera (Diptera also should have halter too, instead of back pair wings), definitely Hymenoptera, superfamily of Chalcidoidea! Smile
